Flair Digital was commissioned to modernise David Hill’s website while aligning it with their brand identity and supporting their SEO strategy.
The new design incorporates the company’s signature green throughout, with accents of red used to highlight interactive elements such as buttons. Working closely with the client, we restructured the website into user-friendly sections tailored to key user groups:

- Planning & Development Services
Each section includes clear Calls to Action, enabling users to easily contact the relevant team member or explore related services. This approach ensures that clients, who often require multiple services, can navigate the website efficiently.

RightMove Integration
A key feature of the website is the seamless integration with RightMove. Properties added to the website are automatically uploaded to RightMove, saving time and ensuring consistent listings across platforms.

As part of the SEO project, a mobile-friendly design was critical. The website’s responsive design ensures optimal performance across all devices, allowing users to browse properties and access information seamlessly on smartphones, tablets, and desktops.
